Andrew Chen CPA LLC is a Bridgewater, New Jersey practice focused on two things: lowering tax exposure through careful planning, and helping business owners make better financial decisions year-round.

Andrew is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and Massachusetts with 20 years of experience advising individuals, founders, and family-owned businesses since 2006. Before launching the firm, he worked across public accounting and industry roles spanning individual tax, partnership and S-corp taxation, and corporate finance.

The firm stays intentionally small. Every client works directly with Andrew — no junior preparers, no handoffs, and no surprise bills. Engagements are scoped clearly, priced upfront, and built around ongoing conversations rather than once-a-year transactions.
